Time is bad. It had quite a big impact in my career. Not that I am trying to blame the economy, but also not that I did a bad job. I guess luck just isn't at my side. Being trying very hard very hard, but the outcomes are so disappointing. Maybe it's because of my passion towards this job, I yearn to succeed in this line, and I believe I can. After a whole day of tiring work, I came back home, checked on the messages i received when I was out as usual. One message from my friend caught my eye. This morning, when I woke up, as usual I need to turn of my bath room light to bathe. I switched on the switch, but for 10 seconds, I stood in front of my bathroom, looking up, wondering why didn't the light bulbs turn the light on? Hey! Without the light, how am i going to clean myself properly. With no hesitation, I brought a ladder, and a new light bulp to re-install on the light. Thank god, it worked.
8 months passed my convocation, and I really do miss my university life. I missed the laughter we had in the class. I missed the lunch we hard together after classes. I missed the shopping we do together after our meals. I missed those time when we would argue over some small matter, like the Hamilton watches lol, but it all ended quite well, luckily. Seriously, though I misses my university life, I still prefer my working life if compared. At least I felt much more appreciated when working. Another thing is that I never like studying. LOL!
Today's weather is just so damn hot. It's so hot that whenever I leave the office, I will start perspiring all over my body. My shirt went wet, especially the back part where I carry my laptop. I wonder, when till the sky spare us poor fat citizens from the torture of the bright, and hot sunlight. Even the rugs in my house is heated up! You know, it would surely be better if we could have a nice suiting weather, where everybody would be satisfied. I wonder..
Everybody knows which company that I am working in now. That's right, I am working in one of the top insurance company in malaysia. The reason I joined insurance, despite having my engineering degree, is because, I love the nature of this job, which is basically, randomness. I will get to work at different time, different places, meeting up with different kinds of people from all over. I also get to sell diferent kind of plans suiting different people's need. I just decided to chose a slimming product to help me build my body, here comes another one. It's Leptorexin, a new medication that surfaced in the market recently. Last saturday, I asked my mum to tag along while buying some stationary, because she told me that she wish to restock some of her office supplies. So I brought her to this lovely shop in the middle of the town. A very old shop. Stuffs are covered with thick dust due to the traffic that passes by his shop daily. An middle age uncle greeted us, and gave us a very warm welcome. 30 minutes later, we bought so many supplies from him, due to the cheap price, and the nice hospitality. We are definitely coming back for more.
I bought a new laptop for my insurance business purpose, and that laptop is 2 years more advance than the one that I'm using now, for home/download/movie/gaming/online/surfing purpose. That's a big difference on the computer memory, and that causes a major difference on the computer reacting speed. That really cause me a big head, because there are two different reacting speed, different operating system, and different function purpose. Now I'm drove crazy. LOL
Ahaha I just came back from Cameron, and it was fun! The weather was extremely cooling, and I love that kind of weather so much that I would trade a big part of myself to have such kind of weather in my house. Anyway that's not the main point, this trip 3 laptops were brought up, and we had DOTA!! Woohoo all thanks to the Linksys router the brought us together! We played all day/night long, until got nagged by mum. -.- But seriously, Cameron is so different with DOTA around. Wahahaha!
Ever since I became an insurance agent, I've realise that sometimes, things just didn't go the way we expect them to be. Sometimes, accidents happen, and it's not our fault that we are not careful, it's someone else's fault for being negligence! So whom to blame, no one! It's even worse when it happens on the breadwinner of the family, what will the remaining family members do without him/her?! It's going to be miserable. This year, my company changed it's incentive practice. From starclub, they switch it to prestige club. Yeah it's supposed to be as grand as the name you see. With the grand reward, we have to work even harder to achieve the target. Anyway, I am doing a presentation to a Chicago accident attorney bout my country's accident profile to assist in his survey. Hope my data helps him in his job. You know in this high rejection rate job, it's good that we help each other up. It's the least that we could do. Right?
I just got back from my team building. Thought of resting for today, but for no reason I woke up kinda early. That's why I ended up attending my corporate meeting which I decided not to attend last night. Anyway, while walking around in the complex just now, I saw a pair of UGG Australia shoe which "severely" caught my eye! Yeah serious! It's like the shoe tells me to go near to him and OWN IT! Ah I wanted to do that, but I am on a serious financial crisis myself, yeah that's why I leave the shop as quick as I can, so that I won't accidentally buy it. Aih how nice is it to be rich.
Hey guys, do you think that buying a comfortable shoe that fits your leg is very important? Well at least I think so. That's why I bought the crocs. Yeah the crocodile brand with the cheesy rubber design. By wearing a shoe that doesn't suits your feet size, it could lead to Plantar Fasciitis which is a painful foot condition in the heel and arch area. So guys, please really find a pair of shoe that suits your leg. You don't want to move in an uncomfortable shoes while walking for the whole day right.
That day when I went to have a hair cut, the parking was full. I had to park my car so far under the sun! Damn it! While on the way to the salon, I passed by this office stating that they are doing some employment screening. It's a centre where they would have a large database of who's hiring, and who's looking for a job. Then the centre shall match the criteria of the hiring and the ones who wants to be hired. Yah, it's a an easy job but you shall need lots of contacts.
My boyfriend asked me to go holiday with him. It's so sad to have to reject him due to the shortage of money due to my current job. I know it's gonna be hard in the first few year, and I hope he could bear it with me. Until I can afford to go overseas, I think my passport will be expire already. Then it would be another sum of money to fog out for the trip. God god help me with kind and rich people please.. I need them.. a lot! I promise I will work hard. Serious ok! My new laptop came, but, it can't work! So saddening! I don't know why that I'm unable to install windows on the laptop. It should work fine. After formatting, after setuping, it says that what ntdlr missing, what disk error.. WTF!! How come there's so much problem one! If I knew I would face so many problems then I will pay out another 300 to get the genuine windows. Now what I pray is that they don't replace my hard drive with the fake ones. I will really be mad if they do so..
I remember that time while I was in campus, there's this fair that promotes healthy and clealiness. One of the booth were selling some facial stuffs so I went to see. The guy explained the terms, the after effect shall I use their products to me, and recommended me to go for the acne treatments as my acne is a serious case for my face. After procrastinating and procrastinating, I finally went to the gym. Main reason was because Jack, my old old old friend was there, working as a coach. It's good to have someone to be with you in the gym so that you won't get bored, right? Yesterday was my first day, and he taught me the routine that I need to do everytime when I come to the routine. The most important part was the cardio part where we would need to burn our fats away. I wonder why didn't he come out with a fat burner review so that I could know how long and how fast do I need to do with it.. Perhaps I should suggest this to him today.
I am from an electronics engineering background, so what? I am now doing fine (I hope it's not too early to say so) in my insurance field, which is my current job. Funny that after receiving tonnes of objections, rejections, shaking heads before I could complete my sentence, I felt happy at the end of the day. Perhaps this is what they call it when you love your job, nothing stops you and nothing can break you down. All the best to me!
The thing that I most afraid that will happen on road is that my sort of "limited edition" car break down. The reason I say that it's a limited edition is because the car is really old until I find it hard for me to find spare parts. It's a total fuss to go through the "being cheated by the mechanic saying that they have the correct parts where THEY DON'T HAVE" part, so next time please make sure that you find some spare parts like Harley parts which is available almost everywhere. How convenient it is..
Lol! Damn I so hate direct selling. Do you know that I've always being using a brand for my face because I am kinda fair and any acne could create a disaster look on my face. Sigh. On my trip to KL, my manager's mum kept hard selling me some kind of acne cures, and damn it I really have no interest. I do not wish to risk my face for your earnings alright! There's just no reason for me to do that. So please stop introducing me all kinds of your sucky product because I found mine!
Wow, I never expect my job has so many paper work to do! Before submitting a policy, there's like thousands of things to fill in. Wahlao no wonder those managers are hiring assistant to do their work. It's really annoying. And for my case, I don't have extra table to let me write properly, and I am now aiming for the office furniture which has a large table enough for me to write.
